Hope & Harmony Therapy, LLC now offers Concierge Counseling to a limited number of clients who require elevated access, enhanced privacy, and highly individualized support.

We intentionally limit the number of Concierge clients to ensure you receive the highest level of personal attention, therapeutic presence, and flexibility—tailored fully to your needs.

Why Concierge Counseling?

We recognize that people seek therapy for many reasons: personal struggles, professional stress, legal matters, relational challenges, or private emotional concerns.

We also understand that some situations require the utmost discretion, confidentiality, and scheduling flexibility.

For this reason, we do not bill insurance for Concierge services.
Instead, you remain in full control of your privacy and may choose to submit a superbill to your insurance if you wish.

This allows:

  • No diagnosis added to permanent insurance records

  • No third-party access to your mental health history

  • Full control over your personal narrative

Premium Access Features

As a Concierge Counseling client, you receive:

Direct Phone & Video Access
You may call or request a FaceTime/Zoom session even without a scheduled appointment. If your therapist is in session, they will return your call as soon as possible.

Priority Email Response
You’ll have your therapist’s direct email with expedited replies, both from computer and mobile.

Extended Hours and Weekend Availability
Ideal for those with full or nontraditional schedules.

Session Length Flexibility
Sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes, with grace time when needed to complete important work — instead of being limited to standard insurance time blocks.

Same-Day or Next-Day Appointments
If an urgent need arises, a session will be offered within 48 hours.
